The Return of the Northern Moon is the second demo by Polish blackened death metal band Behemoth. It was recorded in December 1992 and released by Pagan Records on that same year. This release was reissued in 1996, on black and blue vinyl, production limited to 500 copies . However, both vinyl pressings and a limited edition digipak are known to have a false tracklist. Rob Darken (Graveland) contributed keyboards on this demo.

The Return of the Northern Moon is also the first Behemoth release to feature the Old English text, replacing the first attempt present in Endless Damnation, and it would be kept until Bewitching the Pomerania where it was replaced by the current logo.
